El blanco Chocolate Nº3 es un vino CVC, es decir, conjunto de varias cosechas o mezcla de varios vinos de diferentes añadas, y elaboraciones y envejecimientos distintos. Son vinos muy personales y peculiares.

NV / 93 puntos The non-vintage white blend NV Chocolate N3 has a base from 2022, with the rest from 2020 and 2021. The blend is approximately 60% Viura and 20% each Garnacha Blanca and Maturana Blanca matured in concrete, 225- and 500-liter barrels and stainless steel to achieve a balanced and complex blend. It's still quite pale, with some green tints, and has a complex and more developed nose (crazy, but the aromas reminded me of some aged Albariños!), floral, perfumed and showy. It has the character of the Maturana Blanca from 2022, which I tasted separately, with a chalky and tasty palate, clean and expressive. It has 13.7% alcohol, a pH of 3.15 and 6.2 grams of acidity, powerful but with great freshness and with a mineral mouthfeel and a salty twist.
