Las variedades de uva que conforman este vino Follaco de Arribes del Duero son: Tempranillo (65%), Juan García (25%) y resto de Rufete y Bruñal, procedentes de viñas plantadas en suelos complejos con granito, gravas y cuarzo.
Follaco se elabora a partir de uvas enteras sin despalillar al 60%, maceración conjunta de las diferentes variedades y fermentación alcohólica con levaduras autóctonas. Posterior envejecimiento en barricas de roble usadas durante 9 meses.

The red 2022 Follaco was produced with Juan García grapes, as it contains the grapes that he would have used for the Bébeme, which was not produced in 2022, so it's even more of a bargain this year. The whole bunches fermented in plastic bins with indigenous yeasts with a short maceration, and the wine matured in 225- and 228-liter oak barrels and a 1,200-liter oak foudre, all used and neutral. It has a perfumed and floral nose with unusual elegance for the rustic grape, clean and light. It has 11% alcohol and a medium-bodied palate with very good freshness and balance. 8,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2023.
