Sabroso, graso, equilibrio con buena acidez. Retronasal muy persistente.
Ideal como postre digestivo.

2012 / 95 puntos The sweet red 2012 Recóndita Armonía Late Bottled was bottled in 2024. It's their take on the old style Fondillón and was produced with Monastrell grapes from sandy and limestone soils at 600 meters above sea level. The grapes were picked very ripe, with 80% raisins, foot trodden and fermented very slowly in open-top 300-liter barrels, then matured in 225-litter barrels for 11 years. It has a dark brown color and a complex nose that combines notes of dates, raisins and prunes with tobacco leaves, dry forest floor and Mediterranean herbs. It's velvety and warm, with a moderate 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.11 and 6.6 grams of acidity that provide freshness. It's not easy to guess that it has 165 grams of sugar, because it's very balanced.
